At Quinta do Vallado, three types of Blackbird coexist – the Common Blackbird (Turdus Merula), and the protected species Dipper (Cinclus Cinclus) and Blue Rock Thrush (Monticola Solitarius) – which served as inspiration for the name and label of this wine.
